Born in Hong Kong. United States citizen. Married with 3 children whom are all married. 9 grandchildren. Had 15 publications in the area of trace analysis, pollution studies, toxicology and clinical analysis. Hobbies are traveling, jogging and swimming.

Dr Amy May Fu, L.Ac.

Amy May Fu Doctor of Acupuncture in Chinese Medicine. Graduated from Five Branches University, 27 years specializing in Infertility and pain control. She is currently writing a book about her experience in the field of Acupuncture. Now affiliated with King’s Acupuncture as an independent contractor at 5859 Transit Road East Amherst.

Amy Shih – Medical Office Assistant

Amy Shih received her BS degree in Medical Technology from the University of Buffalo, she began her career as a medical office assistant with this office in August of 2019.  Amy has been a stay-at-home mom for the past 20 years, she is incredibly involved in church ministry, especially in children’s ministry.  She loves teaching children and caring for others.
